Claytor Lake State Park

 This is the last post where I'm going backward in time. So it covers the stop before Douglas Tailwaters Campground.

We stopped at Claytor Lake State Park for the night of October 23rd. We did a short walk on the afternoon we arrived and then I did a mountain bike ride the morning after. We got some good views of the man made lake during both outings.

Besides the normal campground options, the park had some "cabins" that looked more like 4 bedroom houses and Yurts available for lodging.
